The beautiful rustic Villa Romana is located near Poreč and has a luxurious garden with a heated swimming pool (55 m2), on a property of 1390 m2. This beautiful villa is an ideal family accommodation. The location of the villa is perfect - it is located in a small village - quiet, yet close to Istrian tourist hotspots, and only 9 km away from the sea. There are several private parking spaces available.

There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a sea view, while two overlook a beautiful park. There are also two extra accommodation and a bed for one person.

You can also relax in the airy living room, which is connected to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals or watch TV.

The house is ideal for relaxing, either in the sauna or spa, deckchairs by the pool, or maybe with table football or table tennis, and for the little ones there is a Play Station.
