The villa has 150 m2 of space completely for your private use, it is located on a fenced area of 700 m2.

The villa is located in Bale and 10 km from the beautiful town of Rovinj, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. It is only 5 km from beautiful beaches. There is also an outdoor kitchen and barbecue at your disposal for a full experience of your culinary skills.

The picturesque town of Bale is located at 140 m above sea level in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. This old, Roman place is known for its rich history, old stone houses and forts. If you love history and architecture, be sure to visit the Gothic-Renaissance palace or old churches. Bale has an extremely interesting cultural program, art exhibitions, summer concerts and open-air jazz festivals. There is also the Ulika museum with remains of dinosaur bones dating back 200 million years.

The villa has three bedrooms with double beds, and two additional beds, one of which is in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. It is ideal for 6 people, but it can accommodate an additional two people. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living room and a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. On the outer part, there is an additional terrace that provides rest in the greenery of the garden. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a large terrace with outdoor chairs to enjoy the view of Bale.
