The villa is a beautifully restored house on the edge of the quiet village Marici near Kanfanar. Ideally suited for two couples or families with children.

The ground floor has direct access to the pool, garden, and outside dining area. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The Villa offers a peaceful retreat from the hectic life of the 21st century and yet is well-positioned as a base from which you can visit all the delights that Istria has to offer. The famous Istrian towns of Rovinj, Pula, Porec, and Motovun are all within a short drive from the property. Travel: Pula airport (Croatia) 30 km, Rijeka-Krk airport 90 km, Trieste 80 km, Venice 180 km There is a number of low-cost companies flying to Pula (PUY) from all over Europe.
